How long does shipping take?
Merch 37 is made to order in Europe: 2-5 working days of production plus 3-5 working days of shipping. Pit gear and accessories ship from our suppliers and arrive in 7-20 working days depending on the product.
How much is shipping?
Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands: €6.99, free from €55. European Union: €8.99. Rest of the world: €12.99.
Can I track my order?
Yes. When your order ships you'll get an email with the tracking number. If it includes products from different warehouses, it may arrive in several parcels at no extra cost.
Can I return it?
You have 14 days from delivery to return it unused. Personalised products are excluded. If something arrives faulty or wrong, tell us within 7 days and we'll replace or refund it at no cost.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payment is processed through Shopify's secure checkout.
