How long does my order take to arrive?
Merch 37 is made to order in Europe: between production and shipping, it usually takes 5-10 business days. The Pit Equipment and Motorcycle Accessories are shipped directly from our suppliers and take between 7 and 20 business days, depending on the product.
How much does shipping cost?
Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: €6.99, and free on orders over €55. European Union: €8.99. Rest of the world: €12.99. You will see the exact cost before paying.
If I order several items, will they arrive together?
Not always. The merch and the equipment come from different warehouses, so you may receive your order in several packages. You do not pay anything extra for this.
How do I know my size?
Check the size guide for each garment. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one: the cuts are regular style.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 calendar days from when you receive it to return it without needing to provide an explanation. See all the details under Shipping and Returns.
An item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Write to me within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and I will exchange it or refund you at no cost to you.
Does this part fit my motorcycle?
Check the compatible models in the description of each accessory. If you are unsure, write to me before purchasing with the make, model, and year of your motorcycle.
